2 one-on-one birth preparation sessions to set birth intentions for you and your growing family. creating a birth plan with personalized affirmations will allow space to build trust and a foundation together. exploring comfort measures, labor positions, breath work, and visual guided meditations. we will touch on childbirth education and resources available for classes to attend for childbirth preparation. for hospital births, we will discuss how this setting is different from home birth and how to create a sacred space regardless. on-call from 38 weeks and available via text and email throughout your pregnancy and 2 weeks postpartum. 1 postpartum follow-up visit within 3-5 days of birth which includes lactation support and birth processing. must first book a free initial consultation before signing up for this level of support.
